Survivor Resource Pages (Forty pages of resources, non-profit organizations, articles, and healing support for survivors of child sexual abuse, rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, and dealing with the aftermath of child sexual abuse.)
My Healing Lists:
Since I started working on healing I have been collecting quotes that help me in my healing. They run a wide range of topics. All of them make me feel more connected to my inner reality of strength, my core, and my humanity.
Healing quotes from the Teens in our DID system.
Healing quotes from the Littles, that they have picked out to share.
Quotes from survivors that have impacted me.
Celebrities talking about their survivorship.
Quotes from books on abuse, healing, and recovery.
A list that travels through the alphabet with healing.
This list comes from The Survivor’s Aftereffects Checklist and is from the book Secret Survivors by Sue E. Blume. This list can be very triggering.
Sometimes you have to take a good look around and survey the land to get a good idea of what you are dealing with. At the same time it is easy to be overwhelmed by all the evidence of how being sexually abused as a child has negatively impacted you and your life.
Even though this issue seems huge I know that I have come a long way and that I am healing. I see the landscape, but I also see how far I have traveled.
We are shaped and fashioned by what we love. ~ Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe
Follow your bliss. ~ Joseph Campbell
I was flipping through The Woman’s Comfort Book by Jennifer Louden for an idea of something good to do for myself. I tend to flip pages and glance over them looking for an idea to catch my eye. Last night I saw this. Make a bliss list. This is my exploration of what brings me bliss.

I’m not sure if I can explain what incredible healing I find through poetry, through reading and writing it. I only hope that others can experience the kind of deep transformational healing and connectedness that I feel from them.
Poems I have written on the topics of life and healing.
1. Songs to sing and dedicate to yourself, your healing, your soul, the treasure that you are.
2. Songs that I sing and dedicate to myself, my healing, my soul, my inners, to the treasure that I am.
Songs that I find a connection to on the topic of healing. Some songs might touch you and others might not. I hope you can search out for some that help you feel more connection to yourself, your emotions, your life, your childhood, and your struggle in healing. Good and healing music to you.
Songs for Healing (from the Littles)
Songs for healing that the Littles in our multiple system focusing on love and healing. Most of them will be songs for kids or songs on kids topics.
Some of our earliest experiences as human beings are of hearing lullabies. Before we know the meanings of words, sometimes before we know how to differentiate ourselves from our own mother’s body or that we are in fact a separate being from our mother, we have lullabies. The innocence, vulnerability, and love of the babe are obvious in them. They are powerful, potent, and still have the power of healing.
Wow, Kate. I’m very impressed by your lists of resources. How extensive! I wish I had stumbled upon this when I first began my healing journey (in earnest) about two years ago.

Hi,
I’m glad that you’ve found it now. It was my wish to find some resources when I first started healing and later when I first started looking online for further help in healing. That is why I started collecting resource links. I keep adding new resources as I go along, the ones for partners and family support and on the topic of covert sexual abuse are newer. Thanks for stopping by and your nice comment.
Good and healing thoughts to you.

Hi Matthew,
Yes I think that I can add your website to the Littles resources. I am not online at home until next month, so I don’t have time to do that kind of work from the library. I will add it when I get internet from home again.
Good and healing thoughts to you.
