Progress

I am happy that things continue to keep on improving, in my health. I think the progress might seem just a little and very slow in coming, but the truth is that things are improving tremendously, considering how sick I was and how much it was effecting my mobility, my pain levels, and my ability to be actively involved in my life. I haven’t used any pain meds in over a month, though I really think it is okay to use them, but I just haven’t been. I think that I will talk to my doctor about it in the next month or two, but I would then have to go to a pain management place. As a matter of fact I will have to do that before August if I want to get on the list for the stronger marijuana oil use for chronic pain, as that is the soonest that my state is going to allow it’s use.

The great progress news is:

I don’t use my cane in my apartment anymore. I don’t have to use it to get out of bed! When I go over to a relative’s house, I don’t have to use my cane in their homes either. I even have one instance of walking down two flights of stairs and down two hallways and back upstairs, about 550 steps, without using my cane. This is huge, cause I haven’t done that in over 18 months. Still, most of the time I do use my cane in the hallways and when going out, but I have started to not use it for a few steps at a time, and that too is huge for me. I have been doing a lot of exercises for my legs and my core and my stomach muscles while laying down and that is going great. I have started walking around my apartment building more and that is going good as well.

I am very much looking forward to spring. 🙂

Good and healing thoughts to you all.

  1. I’m thrilled for you! BTW, the marijuana oil is wonderful for PTSD symptoms as well as for chronic pain. It’s very helpful in creating/maintaining “safe sanctuary” space in the brain for healing work to take place. I recommend getting on that list, for sure.

    • Hi David,

Thanks. I am hoping that there won’t be any side effects or long-term side effects or side effects that I can’t handle. I guess I have been brainwashed by the government so much lately, but I know now that they were a bunch of horrid liars. I guess I still have to make sure that the governor is still planning on making it available to those with chronic pain in August. He would not allow it last year, apparently having excruciating pain did not matter to him unless you were daying in the next year. I won’t ever vote for him again.

I’m very much looking forward to feeling better in mind and body. Thanks so much for the encouragement. It means so much.

Good and healing thoughts to you and to all your queens, including celebrity cat.

      • If you ask specifically for a CBD-rich strain, there should be very few side effects, if any. The strain I use is about 90% CBD, 10% THC. That works very well, for most people who have inflammatory pain disorders; strains higher in THC tend to work better for nerve pain…but they also have more psychological effects than the CBD-rich strains.

    • Hi Liz,

Oh dear Liz. It is always so wonderful to hear from you.

So sorry we hadn’t gotten back to you about a session of life coaching, we have just been too sick. We would still love to do that if you are still offering them.

Good and healing thoughts to yous.
