Do the things you love.
Do the loving things for your body, you deserve them.
Find the moonlight, remember to dance.
See the stars.
Laugh a lot.
Embrace your breath.
Accept healing into your cells. Make it a part of you, not just a part of your life.
Love your body.
Eat more chocolate.
