  1. Thank you so much for the grounding articles. Most of the time I feel like I am the only one who is struggling with ptsd, and when I read something that reminds me that I am having normal and known responses to trauma, it is very helpful.

      My mind always goes to grounding, one of those things that I need to do and need to keep doing until it is automatic. It isn’t yet.
