An infant is a child under the age of one. I have not been able to find more resources,  but wanted to post this because I think it is an important topic and hope that there will be more to add to this page.

    • Hi Butterfly,

      You’re welcome.

I found these articles through a message board and from another member there asking if there were any resources. Looking around online I could only find the two articles. Reflecting on the topic recently I remembered two novels that cover the topic. It is a topic that I am interested in learning more about, as I am a survivor of infant sexual abuse.

Good and healing thoughts to you.

      Kate

  1. there’s a book that i’ve read that talks about it (it’s nonfiction, the author is a therapist who talks about her own process- it’s intense but helpful) called “A Shining Affliction” by Annie Rogers). She also has another book that touchs on that but is more about children/teens who were abused but cannot remember it- some of that was in infancy- that’s “The Unsayable”)
